Their offering includes a mutual fund wrap program as well as separately managed accounts.
In addition to these platforms, CFS provides extensive training and support for advisors at all levels of advisory experience.
- For the rep new to advisory
CFS staff can help familiarize the advisor with the reasons and benefits for adding managed accounts to their product list. We provide an advisory overview and introduction at the monthly rep training, followed by more in depth guidance on a one-on-one basis. We help guide advisors to a managed account partner that matches their situation and goals, taking into consideration factors such as member demographics and preferred products.
- For the advisory-familiar rep
Once the advisor has found the right managed account partners, we guide them to the right resources to help with the transition. This includes reviewing their book of business and identifying which clients would be appropriate for advisory business.
- For the experienced advisory rep
CFS can help take reps to the next level where the focus moves from products to relationships. For reps who want to add additional value by providing higher touch service, we show them other areas to tackle such as conducting client reviews, asking for referrals, and networking with CPAs.
Regardless of their level of managed account experience, CFS experts are available to help advisors grow their business and take it to the next level.
In addition, if your credit union already offers fee-based programs, we will discuss options for integrating them into our existing platform, or work with you to develop additional fee-based programs. Contact Us today to hear more about our advisory products.
