Recognizing an opportunity to specifically provide financial institutions with more flexible and innovative investment programs, visionary leaders Valorie Seyfert and Amy Beattie co-founded CFS and SPF. Since 1996, the companies have fueled investment programs with award-winning technology, comprehensive support services, and a customizable suite of investment solutions designed to serve the expanding financial needs of bank clients and credit union members.
CFS and SPF quickly developed a reputation in the industry for expansive expertise, genuine dedication and unfaltering responsiveness.
A New Era
After two decades of consistent growth and success, CFS and SPF sought a strategic partner to help elevate the business and value proposition while helping the companies remain at the forefront of the ever-changing regulatory and technology landscape. In 2017, CFS and SPF partnered with Atria Wealth Solutions (Atria), co-founded by Doug Ketterer, Eugene Elias Jr., and Kevin Beard, who shared the CFS and SPF vision of creating the industry’s best wealth management firm.
With the support of Atria, significant investments to core areas of the business will continue, allowing CFS and SPF to create an unparalleled service offering for investment programs and stay ahead of shifts in the industry. To date, enhancements have included a fully integrated technology solution for financial professionals that features a powerful client portal outfitted with home banking integration using single sign-on technology. We also offer remote delivery tools, fully compliant business texting capabilities, leading investment and advisory solutions and valuable compliance and operations resources.
