We are pleased to formally announce that the votes are in and the acquisition of CFS/SPF by Atria Wealth Solutions has been approved by CFS’s Limited Partners. We’re excited that so many of you have “caught the vision” and can see the tremendous opportunity and potential that this partnership provides to better serve all of you for years to come.
We are further pleased to announce that FINRA has also recently approved the acquisition, leaving just a few additional vendor/contractual approvals remaining, which are expected shortly. Barring any unanticipated delays, we are endeavoring to close the acquisition on November 30.
When these final details are complete, we are looking forward to then getting to work on our collective vision to build the industry’s best wealth management firm to better serve all of you. The Atria team is already integrating with our executive management team and we’re thrilled by the collaboration and synergy that is being created. Work continues to move forward around technology enhancements (for the advisor and client) as well as advisory services, practice management and more. We are looking forward to creating the next generation of truly modern wealth management.
